Private Labels Policy:

All our products have our company name on it. However, for such a fragrance oil lines as Clear Eco & Clear Cosmo you have an option of putting your company info (name, phone, address, web-site, etc) instead for addition $0.15 / bottle. The minimum per one fragrance is 36 bottles and your total amount for the order should be over $300.

Half of the order must be prepaid.

Private Label design work is available for orders over $2000.

Payment Terms:

We are accepting VISA, Master Card and American Express credit cards.

With the rare exception we do not provide NET terms or C.O.D. since July 2005, when we dropped down the prices and eliminated our Accounts Receivable department.

Shipping:

All prices are FOB Dade City, Florida. Merchandise is shipped by FedEx GROUND or common carrier, depending on gross weight and final destination. Special Rush shipments (shipped next business day) are available for an additional charge of $20, however, certain restrictions may apply-contact our office for more details. Parcel Post (USPS) shipments are available, but (for tracking purposes) must be insured for no less than the dollar value of the order. There is a surcharge of $10 to cover additional handling of parcel post shipments.

Minimums:

We ship in full case quantities only. Any regular order under $100 will be charged a handling fee of $10.

Florida Customers:

We must have a valid copy of a Resale Certificate prior to any shipment within the state of Florida.

Back Orders:

If any requested items are temporarily out of stock, they will be taken off your invoice. We ask that you please reorder out-of-stock items.

Claims/Returns:

Claims for broken, damaged or otherwise unwanted goods must be filed within 7 days and must be documented with the carrier upon receipt of goods. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from ANB. In order to return product to ANB you must obtain an authorization code from the Customer SRG Department. All returns must be accompanied by an itemized packing list. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. We cannot accept returns on any custom-made merchandise.
